CQC subscriber clients can reach a live consultant once they subscribe to our services. Consultants will give the CQC subscriber insight into how their mechanics lien or construction case should be handled. The lien and claim data will have already been inputted into the CQC system, given that the caller is a current CQC subscriber client. An assessment or evaluation will be rendered based upon the data that was inputted into the CQC system options. Based upon the subscription chosen, the CQC consultant will assess all of the options and variables that are available to the CQC subscriber client.

The CQC consultant will go over all the relevant sequence of steps that apply to their level of subscription chosen. The consultant will further guide the subscriber client to complete the assembly of all the mechanics lien and construction claim documentation. Once their review has been completed (contingent on the subscription level), the consultation phase of interaction will predetermine the avenue of approach in the resolution of the CQC subscriber’s mechanics lien or construction dispute.

The CQC subscriber client becomes closer to an internal or external resolution of their lien or claim dispute as soon as they input their information into the system and speak with an experienced consultant or mediation specialist; that is true for all subscriber service level packages.

The sequential steps to implement will be determined by the complexity of the subscriber client’s construction lien or claim dispute. The consultant will guide the subscriber through specific steps and methods that they can implement internally. If these internal steps do not bring closure or final payment of their mechanics lien or construction dispute, then additional suggestions would be made to upgrade their annual subscription to the CQC Excel or CQC Premier in which they have the option to click onto the IIC mediation, collection and investigative division full service alternate dispute resolution process that has worked for thousands of Subcontractors, General Contractors and construction related professionals.
